Bosss Marine Nigeria Limited is an integrated marine safety company based in Port Harcourt, Onne. We specialize in repairing and servicing lifeboats, liferafts, load testing and pressure testing services.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Admin / Accounts Clerk
Location: Onne, Port Harcourt – Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time
Duties and Responsibilities
- Customer quotations & correspondence.
- Submission of sales invoices and supporting documents to customers.
- Issuing stock and stock check as well as reporting on variances.
- General daily office duties
- Processing and monitoring of supplier orders (Quotations, approved requisitions & purchase order request).
- Petty cash issuing and capturing.
- Possess a First Degree or HND with at least Second-Class Upper Division.
- Must have 2-3 Years in accounting / administration position with traceable references.
- Basic accounting knowledge required.
- Good communication Skills.
- Residing around PHC area preferably.
- Computer literate in Word, Excel, Outlook, Gmail, knowledge about google drive is a plus. .
- Accounting software programme experience will be a plus.
- Fluent in English.
