Job Title: Senior Buyer

Job Description

  • Your main responsibility is to lead and execute sourcing of a specific complex category in the country; indirectly reporting to and supporting SPM & SPSM for the strategic sourcing of the specific category.
  • You will ultimately be responsible for optimizing service levels provided to internal customers for the specific category in the country, in alignment with the Spend Procurement Managers of each country.

Specific Roles

  • Analyze spot buys and take proactive actions
  • Execute strategic sourcing tasks for the category in the country
  • Support SPA to track savings value creation in relation to country BP
  • Support SPM, SPSM and CPM to integrate procurement indirect category savings in country BP
  • Support SPM & SPSM in executing strategic sourcing for the category
  • Manage contract expiration and maintain contract
  • Upload scanned contract in the system, update master data, and enable contract
  • Build supplier relationships that generate value for both Hellenic and the supplier over time for local categories in alignment with SPM & SPSM
  • Monitor SLA’s and KBI’s for assigned categories to country stakeholders
  • Manage internal customer relationships for local categories in alignment with Spend Procurement Managers, SPM & SPSM
  • Ensure CSR strategy implementation in alignment with the predefined standards and guidelines

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Candidates must possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Legal or similar.
  • Having a Master Degree in related field is an added advantage.
  • Candidates should have at least 4 years of relevant work experience working for an industry related to the category, or in procurement and also at least 3 years of experience in SAP, other ERP systems with focus on Purchasing.
  • Knowledge in the category or in procurement (CIPS preferred or other certification).

Job Title: Senior Logistics Finance Analyst

  • The Senior Logistics Finance Analyst supports with managing the financial impact of the CTS area to P&L (This covers both the Haulage Overheads as well as Warehouse & Distribution OPEX).

  • Coordinate all Quality, food safety and environmental activities.

Specific Roles

  • Strategies & Initiatives: Advance QFS strategies & initiatives in the plant & collaborate to implement QFS initiatives, QFS audits, track performance & CAP implementation/close out, deliver training, development and education of plant team across all levels on QFS.
  • Compliance & Continious Improvement: Ensure compliance to QFS standards, ISO 9001 & FSSC 22001, product quality/release, joint RCA & issue resolution for consumer /customer or internal complaints. Reporting of QFS monthly metrics, aligned with KORE, Group and QFS legal requirements at Plant level.
  • Innovation Management: Support new production commercialisation/validations.
  • Regulatory interface: Attends to government and regulatory agencies to ensure conformance to all statutory requirements.
  • Manage requirements from regulators i.e. NAFDAC, SON, State and Federal Environmental Agencies, State Ministry of Health, Federal Ministry of Commerce – Weights and Measures Dept., etc.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Candidates must possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Science or any related field.
  • Candidates should have at least 7 years of relevant work experience.

Competencies

  • Operational experience in QFS area, e.g. knowledge of Food Safety (HACCP methodology, Food Defense and Fraud, product traceability), Packaging, Microbiology, Quality Assurance and Control principles, Food Chemistry, ISO9001, FSSC 22001, KORE)
  • Knowledge of local legal requirements for the food safety, packaging, food additives, food products labelling, food products manufacturing etc.
  • Experience of compliance and audit management systems in food industry.
  • Experience in Structured Problem Solving-RCA and CAS.
