We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

Job Title: SEO Operator

Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for keyword search engine optimization of Google and other platforms
  • Work with marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming
  • Brand promotion and researching and implementing content recommendations for organic SEO success.
  • Website operation, optimized network keywords, and realized traffic growth.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 2 – 4 years of industry experience
  • Understand Google SEO strategies
  • Have a successful SEO optimization experience.
  • Preferred e-commerce platform experience (JIJI. Konga, Jumia, or other B2B Ecommerce sectors).

Salary
N150,000 – N250,000 monthly.

Job Title: Warehouse HRBP

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance.
  • Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department.
  • Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances.
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
  • Provide HR policy guidance.
  • Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning.
  • Keeping records of staff attendance, Leave requests, absences from work, and employee resignations.

Requirements

  • HND / B.Sc Degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 4-6 Years of related experience in the B2B/B2C Sector.
  • Ability to work Mondays to Saturdays.
  • Previous work experience as an HR business partner/ HR in a Manufacturing, Construction, or Factory.
  • Good Interpersonal relationship skills.
  • Excellent people management skills.
  • Analytical and goal-oriented.
  • Thorough knowledge of labor legislation.
  • Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices.

Salary
N150,000 – N250,000 Gross.

Job Title: Business Developer

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and collaborate with executives to develop strategies for pursuing those opportunities.
  • Candidates will be responsible for Client acquisition.
  • Candidates are expected to meet sales targets either on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
  • Track expenses regularly, as well as ensure we are on track to meet revenue targets.

Requirements

  • OND / HND or B.Sc holder in a relevant discipline.
  • Candidates must have FMCG, B2B, or B2C sales knowledge and market knowledge.
  • 2 – 4 years of related experience with Sales Experiences in FMCG, Electronics Store, or Mobiles Phones & Accessories store/ sector.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills.

Remuneration

  • Salary: 60,000  Monthly
  • Other Sales Commission (N20,000 – N200,000).

  • Fast learner and quick thinker.

Salary
N100,000 – N120,000 monthly
