Ekesons Bros Nigeria Limited – We operate bus transportation services according to accepted international standards of road transportation. Our services are specially designed for distinguished travellers who would otherwise use air service. The operations within and outside Nigeria are carried out in ultra modern terminals, with comfortable lounges in various cities of Nigeria. Lagos, Abuja, Aba, Owerri, Port-Harcourt, Enugu, Onitsha, Umuahia, Jos, Kano, Kaduna, Accra (Ghana), etc.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Call Center / Customer Experience Officer

Location: Lagos


  • In order to maintain leadership position within the top 3 we are changing our customer experience culture in order to give our esteemed customers a unique world class customer service experience. We now require the services of an innovative and smart Call Center / Customer Experience Officer.


Our preferred candidate should be able to:

  • The ideal candidate must have a minimum of B.Sc or HND qualification in Business Administration, Management, Mass communication or related field
  • Ability to handle multiple and frequent calls.
  • Ability to relate with irate customers on the phone and in person.
  • Generate initiatives that would increase customers experience with our transport brand.
  • Design a sustainable customer service retinue.
  • Professional Certification in Customer Relationship Management will be an added advantage.
  • Provide evidence of 2/3 years cognate experience in similar role
  • Work proficiently on a customer-centric strategy that encompasses all our service offerings
  • Design and create wordings, artworks, video presentations, animation that could sell the company’s services in an acceptable manner.
  • Ability to interact and relate with customers in a professional manner in our call/customer experience center.
