Goldville Nigeria Limited is a widely acclaimed company incorporated with the corporate affairs commission and duly registered with the Nigeria Export Promotion Council. Thus Goldville operates in different units with sound background technical knowhow in procurement, logistics, telecommunication, finance/investment, estate development and entertainment.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Estate Agent

Location: Ilupeju, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are a Real Estate company located on the Lagos Island with vast experience in Real Estate Agency and Facility Management.
• We seek ambitious, entrepreneurial driven individual to partner with the firm in achieving its objectives.

Qualifications
Ideal candidates must have the following qualifications, experience and characteristics:

• HND / BSc in Estate Management (additional qualifications is a distinct advantage)
• At least 5 years experience
• Proven ability to deliver and meet targets and projections
• Extensive marketing contacts and very strong flair for agency practice in Lagos state.
• Ability to drive and a good knowledge of Lagos Routes
• Very strong analytic, interpersonal, oral/written communication and computer skills
• High level of initiative, ability to withstand pressure and love challenges.
