Job Title: Company Cashier

Location: Apapa, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Description

  • We are looking for an efficient, courteous cashier who possesses excellent customer service skills.
  • The cashier will scan the customer’s selections, ensure that prices and quantities are accurate, accept payments, issue receipts, answer inquiries, and provide helpful information to customers products, promotions, or item location.
  • You will also respond to complaints, process refunds or exchanges of items, and maintain a clean workspace.
  • To succeed as a cashier, you should have a strong work ethic and high level of accuracy. You should be responsible, attentive to customer needs, and committed to providing excellent service.

Responsibilities

  • Welcoming customers, answering their questions, helping them locate items, and providing advice or recommendations.
  • Operating scanners, scales, cash registers, and other electronics.
  • Balancing the cash register and generating reports for credit and debit sales.
  • Accepting payments, ensuring all prices and quantities are accurate and proving a receipt to every customer.
  • Processing refunds and exchanges, resolving complaints.
  • Bagging or wrapping purchases to ensure safe transport.
  • Following all store procedures regarding coupons, gift cards, or the purchase of specific items, such as alcohol or cigarettes.
  • Maintaining a clean workspace.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Customer service or cashier experience.
  • Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly.
  • High level of energy with strong customer service skills.
  • Basic math and computer skills.

Salary
N85,000 – N120,000 Monthly.

Job Title: Airport Cleaner

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors of various types.
  • Dusting ceilings, light fittings, countertops, and loose furniture.
  • Scrubbing and sanitizing toilets, sinks, and kitchen fixtures.
  • Emptying trash cans.
  • Washing and drying windows.
  • Liaising with the line manager to ensure that you have sufficient cleaning products at all times.
  • Reporting any breakages that occur during the cleaning process.
  • Informing the line manager of repairs that need to be done.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is advantageous.
  • A minimum of 15 years relevant work experience.
  • Proven experience in a similar role.
  • Able to use a variety of cleaning products and equipment.
  • Able to stand for extended periods of time.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Able to complete tasks on time with minimal supervision.
  • Available to work mornings and evenings, plus weekends, as needed.

Salary
N95,000 – N130,000 Monthly.

Job Description

  • We are looking to hire an attentive cleaner to join our team. In this position, you will be required to dust surfaces, vacuum and mop floors, and clean windows.
  • The cleaner should also be able to remove stains from various surfaces.
  • To be successful as a cleaner, you should be able to complete assigned tasks within the stipulated period. Ultimately, a top-performing cleaner should be physically fit and able to perform with minimal supervision.

Job Description

  • Our company is looking for a professional front desk clerk to oversee all receptionist and secretarial duties at our main entrance desk.
  • You will perform a range of duties including answering phone calls, managing the switchboard, and maintaining the office budget.
  • Your central goal is to provide our clients with outstanding customer service and support.
  • As the ‘face’ of our company, the successful candidate will be presentable and friendly, with outstanding people’s skills.

Responsibilities

  • Strong knowledge of MS Office programs.

N85,000 – N120,000 Monthly.
