  • Expand the branch customer base through opening of new active customer accounts and activation of inactive accounts.
  • Creation of quality risk assets.
  • Ensure prompt repayment on due loans and keeping the Portfolio At Risk (PAR) within the guiding internal threshold.
  • Contribute to revenue and profitability through mobilization of low-cost deposits.
  • Safeguard the fixed assets of the branch.
  • Support advocacy and migration of customers to the digital platform and other automated channels.

Job Description

  • Management of Accounts Payables / Receivables:
    • Management of Banking transactions
    • Monitoring of inflows and outflows
    • Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statement
    • Cash Management
  • Accurate records keeping system and maintaining all general ledgers
  • (Maintenance of Fixed Assets Register and preparation of Fixed Assets schedule
  • Management of Payroll
  • Preparation of tax schedules and processing payments:
    • PAYE
    • VAT
    • WHT
  • Follow up on collection of WHT receipts
  • Handling of PENSION remittances for staff
  • Review financial data and prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
    • Statement of performance i.e. Income Statement
    • Statement of Financial Position
    • Cashflow Statement
  • Coordinating and facilitating Annual External Audit
  • Liaising with third parties including Auditors and Tax Consultant
  • Preparation of Annual Budget and monitoring budget performance.


  • Candidates must be a Chartered Accountant (ACCA, ICAN).
  • 4 – 7 years work experience.

Job Title: Credit Analyst

Location: Marina, Lagos

Job Description

  • Evaluating and reviewing of clients’ credit proposals for approval decision based on credibility, potential revenue and losses to maintain a good balance between returns and risk exposures.
  • Preparation of Credit Appraisal Memorandum (CAM) for Board’s consideration and approval (Traditional).
  • Conducting credit search from an approved Credit Bureau for facilities.
  • Booking of loans in line with the credit policy and approved terms and conditions.
  • Proper documentation and updating of the loan files.
  • Collaborating with branches to achieve budgets on risk assets creation.
  • Prompt and accurate monthly update of loans on the Credit Bureau and CRMS portal.
  • Render timely report to regulatory bodies (CBN, NDIC, etc.) when required, especially when the HOD is unavailable.
  • Preparing monthly Portfolio AT Risk (PAR) with a summary of loan loss provision required when assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification.
  • 3 – 7 years work experience.
