Job Title: Mobile Plant Operator

Overview

  • The Mobile Plant operator is responsible for operating, loading, hauling, monitoring and dumping all Mobile Equipments used for all mining operations.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for operating Mobile Equipment as a multi-skill or a unitary operator
  • Carry out Pre start Work-by inspection of mobile Equipment before Operating
  • Work With Supervisors at closing all Gaps with respect to the Quarry Operations
  • Adhere to all LAP Safety Health, safety and environmental standards.
  • Work With the Quarry team as a unit, and ensuring that he aligns with the global direction of leadership, as per the tasks Prescribed to be done.
  • Attend all scheduled meetings for which he is invited.
  • This list of responsibilities is not exhaustive and the job holder may be required to perform duties outside of this as operationally required .

Requirements
Education / Qualification:

  • Minumim of S.S.C.E / O’Levels with 5 credits including Maths and English.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years post qualification experience.
  • Machine Main System knowledge.

Knowledge & Skills:

Technical / Functional Skills:

  • Health and Safety awareness, Inspection and understanding of machine.
  • Fully understand the machine operation parameters (speed, pressures and temperatures), can monitors dials and indicators and do relevant adjustment and drilling systems.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong computer Skills especially Excel, word, PowerPoint and email applications
  • Ability to prioritize with excellent time management skills.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Good communication skill.

Job Title: Biomass Sourcing Coordinator

Overview

  • The Biomass Coordinator is the main point of contact with the customers.
  • Liaise with customers/vendors about Biomass waste, orders and deliveries.
  • Responsible to achieve Geocycle target on Biomass sourcing volumes in a region or Customer segment that will be determined from time to time.
  • In conjunction with the Sales Administrator execute and organize the Sales and Marketing administration activities in order to achieve customer’s satisfaction with Geocycle services.
  • Understand the Sales Process dynamics, set up a survey and identify the main internal & external stakeholders and have a deep knowledge about Customer service best practises.

Responsibilities

  • Biomass Coordinator is responsible for the customer/vendor facing activities and to provide rest of the organization with market information.
  • Reinforce the Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental Procedures
  • Organize periodic audit to control the application of the QHSE process.
  • Creation of prospects/customers/vendors and contacts
  • Plan and perform visits to customers and vendor as necessary
  • Register and follow up opportunities and action plans
  • Create customer/vendor offers and initiate price negotiation
  • Preparation of the content of the physical AFR Contracts
  • Follow up customer/vendor complaints
  • Introduce volumes in Planning Tool based on what is obtainable from the market
  • Prepare sales reports as a base for weekly transportation planning.
  • Search, identify new market and materials opportunities and triggering the AFR Material validation flow where necessary
  • Liaise with Sales Administrator to provide Master Data management (Customers, Vendor, Materials)
  • Assist in the preparation of commercial offer to Customers/Vendors to be reviewed and discussed with the Geocycle Commercial Manager
  • Liaise with logistics department to ensure timely deliveries for customer’s satisfaction with Geocycle services.
  • Participate in preparing budget proposals for Geocycle in the country

Education / Qualifications

  • Relevant qualifications in Agriculture / Business Management / Social Sciences

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years relevant experience
  • Sales development proven experience, preferably in service

Knowledge & Skills
Technical competencies:

  • Social and negotiation skills with the customers or vendors
  • Training in the process and steps in CRM tool – Sales force, for the following processes: visit management, opportunity management, action plans, AFR Request
  • Basic knowledge in MEA BM Business Partner Master Data Model and training in creation/modification of Customers/Prospects & AFR request in Sales force.
  • Training in SAP (AFR Process steps)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

Overview
The Sales Administrator is responsible for the following:

  • Serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about Alternative Fuels & Raw materials (AFR) products, orders and deliveries and provide support for the Geocycle sales representatives and Team
  • Execute and organize the Sales and Marketing administration activities in order to achieve customers satisfaction with our services.
  • Understand the Sales Process dynamics, set up a survey and identify the main internal & external stakeholders and have a deep knowledge about Customer service best practises.

Responsibilities

  • Provides support in AFR Sales, Marketing & administration,
  • Master Data management (Customers, Vendors, Materials)
  • Preparation of the offers and contracts for approval as a support for Sales Representatives
  • Upload of the data related AFR Forecast into ERP
  • Preparation of the documents related to material and logistic as a base for invoicing, tax payments, open accounts receivables & payables and any reports to authorities,
  • Keep the evidence of weekly delivery plans in order to support the Geocycle Team
  • Liaise with logistics department to ensure timely deliveries for customer’s satisfaction with Geocycle services.
  • Reconciliation of the delivered freights with physical evidence (weighbridge ticket, order, confirmation) and ERP
  • Support the Geocycle Commercial team to achieve and exceed period targets in accordance with all company procedures and code of business conduct
  • Prepare commercial offer to Customers to be reviewed and discussed with the Geocycle Commercial Manager in consultation with the Geocycle Sales Representatives.
  • Provide the monthly and sales reports for the Geocycle commercial activities in the country from QV tool in new regional solution.

Education / Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Art, Commercial or Science studies
  • Business Management/ Social sciences with sales development proven experience, preferably in service.

Experience:

  • > 3 years of experience working in a ERP/SAP environment
  • Good working knowledge of ERP/SAP is a compulsory requirement
  • Cement and/or Waste Management Background will be a plus.

Knowledge & Skills
Technical Competencies:

  • Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent
  • Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
  • Understanding of sales & marketing performance metrics
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
