Job Title: Warehouse Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Oversight ofall operational elements of the warehouse operations to ensure that processes and operations are handled according to stated SLAs.
  • Uphold all set standards in the warehouse to ensure that goods handling and movement are properly handled to avoid damage and spoilage. This includes ensuring that inventory categories are handled according to their shelf life.
  • Ensuring timelines are adhered to in servicing customer orders and supplier deliveries.
  • Supervise logistic and general transfer of goods from suppliers to the warehouse and also from the warehouse to customers’ location.
  • Manage with a heightened sense of responsibility all vendors and vendor-related activities that include scheduling orders and deliveries.
  • Manage processes related to the safe inbounding, outbounding, and storage of items in the warehouse.
  • Ensuring that all Quality Control guidelines are adhered to in meeting customers’ and vendors’ expectations.
  • Relationship management with partner firms to ensure accountability as it relates to Purchase Orders and payments.
  • Managing performance and productivity of all warehouse personnel to ensure optimal input to the overall goals and target as it relates to operations and based on the KPIs set for each personnel.
  • Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities.
  • Assisting with deliveries where required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3-5 years of warehouse management experience.
  • Excellent understanding of warehouse management procedures.
  • Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls.
  • Valid drivers’ license.
  • Proficient with the use of Microsoft Office tools.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Outstanding leadership, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong people skills.
  • Available to work extended hours.

Remuneration
N200,000 – N250,000 Monthly.

Job Title: Operations Supervisor

Job Brief

  • The Operations supervisor is someone who has previous experience leading an operations team.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensures the team Communicates with the relevant financial institutions/stakeholders to determine the cause of a failed transaction and resolve it.
  • Ensures the company Follows communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Answering questions about the company’s products or services and providing advice to clients
  • Monitor client transactions to ensure they adhere to the company’sstandards before it reaches the recipient.
  • Contact the authorized remittance union to clarifyand liberate a client who was wrongly blocklisted.
  • In charge of following up withcanceledtransactions and providing clients with the necessary policies involved.

  • Up to date with the latest financial developments, not only with the country’s economy but also with other countries.

  • Analyze and improve organizational processes to enhance productivity.
