We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Inventory Officer

Location: Adeniji – Lagos Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Specific Roles

Warehouse Operations:

  • Receive goods physically into the warehouse, ensure the quantity received of any product is same with the quantity ordered on purchase order.
  • Prepare products to be sent out of the warehouse, respecting the process and guidelines set (checklist and contract form included, waybills)
  • Ensure the stock is in the right place in the warehouse and in the right condition.

Day-to-day Stock Management:

  • Efficiently manage and track ALL incoming and outgoing stock in the warehouse
  • Ensure the documentation of ALL deliveries and transfer to shipments as well as prepare detailed daily, weekly and monthly reports on inventory operations and stock levels.
  • Communicate effectively with the sales field teams on their deliveries and promptly respond to their order requests. The requests include: replacements on batteries, movement of items on the ERP, etc.
  • Ensure shipments are delivered by courier OTIF (on time and in full) without stock loss in transit and if there is reimbursement is requested.

Inventory Reconciliation:

  • Conduct daily, weekly and monthly stock reconciliation within the warehouse
  • Responsible for daily and monthly inventory count in the warehouse and ensure no variance with physical inventory and ERP count.

Receiving Stocks:

  • Ensure deliveries are accompanied with the right documents, Purchase order, invoice and waybill if required
  • Receive only quality products and reject if product does not meet standard
  • Document stocks as appropriate on receipt using GRN and forwarding invoice and GRN to finance for payment
  • Ensure products received are arranged appropriately into the warehouse (New / Recycled, Components / Incomplete or KOs).

Returned Stock Management:

  • Ensure any material received from the field and brought back to the warehouseis tracked and accounted for based on the reverse logistic procedure.
  • Ensure adherence to the SOP for forward logistics and also use the right documents for shipment processing.

ERP Operations:

  • Ensure all categories of goods received physically into the warehouse or shipped are also processed on the ERP.
  • Ensure Design, implement and manage a system for monitoring the activities of warehouse to ensure effective control and mitigate risks of theft, loss of stock & working materials etc.
  • Provide weekly reports to the management on all supply chain and operations, issues etc.
  • Establish and promote best practices.

Safety & Hygiene:

  • Ensure daily monitoring of stock against theft, pilferage and obsolete inventory.
  • Maintain high level of health, hygiene and good housekeeping procedures.
  • Ensure high level of safety to prevent hazards from improper stacking / storage of products.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
  • Candidate should have 0 – 3 years work experience.
  • Candidate should reside within the vicinity or a reasonable commutable distance.
  • Candidates with first-hand knowledge on the use of Vend retail software is an added advantage.

Salary
N45,000 – N60,000 monthly.

Job Title: Procurement Officer

Location: Adeniji, Lagos Island, Lagos

Specific Roles

  • Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.
  • Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
  • Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts.
  • Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers.
  • Preparing budgets, cost analyses, and reports.
  • Overseeing and supervising the procurement of goods.
  • Preparing plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies.
  • Following and enforcing the company’s procurement policies and procedures.
  • Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving products and services to be purchased.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
  • Candidate must have 0 – 3 years work experience.

Salary
N40,000 – N60,000 monthly.

Job Title: General Manager

Location: Adeniji, Lagos Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • The General Manager plans and directs the day-to-day operations of the store.
  • Develop strategies to improve customer service, procurement, drive store sales, increase profitability, create store policies and marketing programs that will increase in sales and grow the existing customer base.
  • Maintain high store standards and conditions and foster a positive environment.
  • Ensure customer needs are met, complaints are resolved and service is quick and efficient.
  • Ensure all products and displays are merchandised effectively to maximize sales and profitability. Forecast staffing needs and develop a recruiting strategy to provide optimal staffing in all areas.

Specific Roles

The functions of the store manager include but not limited to the following:

Managerial Ffunctions:

  • See to the daily running of the store while ensuring proper management.
  • Effectively managing all departments and stores.
  • Formulate working policies and procedures for the growth of the business.

Warehouse / Wholesales Functions:

  • Oversee the departments at the warehouse ensuring that each department functions properly.
  • Ensure that all items in the store are properly labelled.
  • Oversee the purchase of goods.
  • Oversee the wholesale department ensuring that wholesalers are attended to in a timely fashion.

Account / Inventory Functions:

  • Overseeing the purchase of goods.
  • Daily sales review and refund review.
  • Computation and review of expenses.
  • Handling account reconciliation.

Inventory Functions:

  • Stock review.
  • Carrying out periodic stock taking.
  • Ensuring that goods are in good condition and displayed properly.
  • Ensure that all transfers between stores are monitored and audited.

Logistics Functions:

  • Ensuring that all orders are dispatched as and when due.
  • Develop strategies for timely delivery of goods.
  • Supervision of staff verification.

Customer Service Functions:

  • Ensuring that all online platforms are being attended to effectively.
  • Ensuring that proper guidelines are being followed when relating with customers.
  • Ensuring that orders received are handled effectively.

Digital Functions:

  • Building strategies to drive the execution of product launches. Which includes pricing, packaging and promoting.
  • Creating and running advertisement on various platforms.
  • Overseeing the digital team while ensuring each unit performs effectively.
  • Ensuring that the website is up and running.
  • Handling all duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
  • Candidate should have 1 – 4 years work experience.

Salary
N80,000 – N120,000 monthly.
