Job Summary

  • We are looking to hire a Graphics Designer to join their team. You will be designing a wide variety of content across digital and offline media. You will also ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule, establish creative direction for the company, prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget.
  • To be successful in this position, you’ll be a self-starter, capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas, and show amazing attention to detail.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials.
  • Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size, and style and submitting them for approval.
  • Coordinating with team, web designers, printers, and colleagues when required.
  • Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.
  • Communicating with line manager about layout and design.
  • Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, logos, designs and websites.
  • Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary.

Job Requirements

  • At least 3 years experience as a graphic designer with vast knowledge in social media marketing, website design, and multimedia design.

Job Summary

  • We are looking to hire a customer representative to manage customer queries and complaints.
  • Your duties include to take customers request and accurately process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels.
  • To excel in this position, you should be energetic, intuitive, and you must also be able to attend to clients in a calm and professional manner and deliver effective strategies to generate results.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions adequately.
  • Keeping detailed and adequate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
