Job Title: Entry Level Credit Policy Officer

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Short-term contract
Department: Credit Portfolio Management

The Position

  • In this role, you’ll be required to provide quality assurance reports on our policies and processes and monitor adjustments aligned with the business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for tracking success metrics on credit policy changes.
  • Monitor Underwriting compliance to credit policies.
  • Gather data and produce reports on quantitative analysis on underwriting activities.
  • Identify procedures and scenarios for quality controls per product.
  • Spot benefits and areas for improvement to enhance the product’s efficiency.

Requirements

  • Required: Basic use of Microsoft tools and SQL
  • Preferred: Previous experience

Job Title: People Operations Administrator

The Position

  • In this role, you’ll be required to provide end-to-end support to the people optimization function.

Responsibilities

  • Update PO database
  • Process employee requests and provide relevant information
  • Support the People Partners on recruitment engagements
  • Provide support to the on-boarding framework at Renmoney
  • Other operational duties as may be assigned.

Job Title: Test Automation Engineer

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Department: Engineering

The position

  • We are looking for a highly skilled test automation engineer to design automation tests.
  • Test automation engineers’ duties include designing automation scripts and finding solutions for automation problems.
  • You should also be committed to developing skills to provide up-to-date solutions.
  • To be successful as a test automation engineer, you should be exceptionally accurate and possess a superior mathematical aptitude.
  • Ultimately, a top-notch test automation engineer will be proficient in programming languages and have excellent time management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Designing and developing test automation scripts.
  • Using test automation guidelines.
  • Researching issues in software through testing.
  • Collaborating with QA Analysts and Software Developers to develop solutions.
  • Keeping updated with the latest industry developments.
  • Identify software/applications quality issues and creating test reports.
  • Collaborate with the design team to solve application faults.
  • Identify software/application weaknesses and target areas.

Requirements
Required:

  • A minimum of 2 years working as a test automation engineer.
  • Excellent mathematical and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly accurate and detail oriented.
  • Proficiency in at least one of the following programming languages: Java, Python, NodeJS, Ruby
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines like Jenkins, circle CI and Chef
  • Experience testing web-based applications
  • Experienced with the tool Subject 7 or Selenium.
  • In-depth knowledge of test planning, test case creation and test case execution.
  • Tool experience with automated testing platforms like Selenium and Appium

Job Title: Senior Internal Audit Partner

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Department: Internal Control & Audit

The Position

  • You will conduct assigned operational audit reviews and investigation with a view to providing assurance to the Board and Senior Management that controls are in place, adequate and operating effectively to support the Company in achieving its goals.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct risk assessment and audits of departments/functional areas in accordance with the audit plan
  • Timely investigation of all fraud cases, customer complaints, general investigation and any assigned special investigation as may be assigned from time to time
  • Provide practical recommendations to management to minimize risk resulting from poor internal controls. Giving assurance that controls are in place and are effective and adequate
  • Track resolution of all audit / control recommendations and ensure compliance within agreed timeline.
  • Prepare quarterly Board report on internal audit activities during the period
  • Ensure prompt rendition of CBN/NDIC returns and also maintain relationships with Regulators and law enforcement agencies.

Requirements

  • Required: B.Sc Degree in any field
  • Preferred: Minimum of 4 years’ experience performing Internal Control/Audit function.
