We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

Job Title: Facility Manager

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • As a facility manager, you are to ensure that all our facilities are always in an excellent condition for use.
  • Ensure quality and reliability in service delivery through implementation and monitoring of facilities maintenance services in accordance with client SLA’s and organizational quality standards.

Job Description

  • Maintain the security of all facilities within the property by conducting scheduled inspections of security systems.
  • Supervise the activities of the security officers.
  • Inspect, documents, escalates to resolve, overseeany renovations, refurbishments,and all building maintenance matters, like roof leaks, plumbing and electrical issues.
  • Develop a planned preventive maintenance schedule that conforms with regulatory standards.
  • Ensure leasing contracts are maintained and adhered to by both parties.
  • Develops and monitors adherence to service level agreement with vendors/contractors.
  • Sourcing and overseeing contracts and service providers for functions such as, cleaning, parking, security, and technology
  • Advising businesses on measures to improve the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of the facility
  • Supervising teams of staff across different divisions
  • Ensuring that basic facilities are well-maintained and conducting proactive maintenance
  • Dealing with emergencies as they arise
  • Ensuring that facilities meet compliance standards and government regulations
  • Planning for the future by forecasting the facility’s upcoming needs and requirements
  • Drafting maintenance reports and other related reports.

Qualifications & Experience
You should bring the following qualifications, skills, and behaviours to the role:

  • Minimum of a B.Sc. in Estate Management or other related field.
  • Relevant certifications are an advantage.
  • 1 – 3 years proven experience as a facility manager or relevant position
  • Use of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace suite.
  • Teamwork, leadership, and motivational skills

  • Understanding of soft and hard service delivery

Salary
N75,000 – N100,000 Monthly.

Job Title: Customer Support Officer

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • We are looking for Customer Support Officersto act as the face of the company and directly work with customers to answer their questions or provide additional support where needed.
  • Successful candidates must be social, analytical, possess an aptitude for learning and using new software, and be able to communicate clearly and effectively.

Duties / Responsibilities

  • Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
  • Handling customer inquiries, complaints and request via all available channels (Calls, Live chat and Social Media)
  • Building strategies for improving the overall customer experience and fostering loyalty
  • Answering questions about the company’s products or services
  • Resolving issues and troubleshooting problems
  • Process orders

Job Title: Supply Planning and Procurement Associate

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The Supply Planning and Procurement Associate will be accountable to develop and maintain the supply plan, pricing strategy and suppliers’ database for the Supply Management System.
  • The personnel must be familiar with the market for the category of products, including growing/purchase localities, varieties, consumption, pricing, customer purchasing trends, e.t.c.
  • This role demands an ability to react quickly to dynamic market conditions, a strong business acumen, persuasive negotiation skills, entrepreneurial approach to develop a detailed strategy for the analysis, planning and procurement of products.

Responsibilities
Sourcing:

  • Ensure adequate number of suppliers with capacity to meet and exceed required demand; by maintaining and growing the database of suppliers for different product categories.
  • Identify possible suppliers for products in each category across different locations.
  • Source and onboard suppliers appropriately into the database
  • Get details on product availability, quality, location, logistics, quantity and frequency, pricing and delivery, etc for each supplier.

Scheduling and Procurement:

  • Ensure on-time ordering and delivery of products by computing monthly and weekly supply plans, and liaising with relevant teams and suppliers.

Pricing:

  • Ensure profitability by carrying out appropriate pricing analysis and recommending appropriate (and competitive) selling prices in relation to current cost price and market price of products.
  • Carry out market research analysis to get regular price updates from consumer markets to ensure competitive selling price and make recommendations as such.
  • Carry out cost analysis to obtain maximum allowable cost price for negotiations with suppliers.

Requirements

  • Must be a graduate (B.Sc. or HND)
  • Must have 2 years experience in Supply planning, Procurement
  • Basic be able to carry out market research analysis and cost analysis
  • Must have excellent negotiating skills
  • Must have planning and organizing skills
