Job Title: Head, Programs and Events

Role Summary

  • The Head, Programs and Event is tasked with developing programs to support the organization’s strategic direction, as well as creating and managing long term goals.
  • The goal is to ensure every event is successful and that all events meet budgetary requirements including vendor sales and control of expenditures.

Main Responsibilities

  • This includes overseeing multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached as well as maintaining organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, creativity and performance consistently.
  • Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives
  • Manage program and project teams for optimal return-on-investment, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives
  • Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and external vendors
  • Develop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives
  • Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department
  • Analyse, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Previous stakeholder management skills
  • Strong working knowledge of digital marketing
  • Proven proposal writing experience
  • Program and project development

Job Title: Business Administrator

Location: Lagos (With the possibility of travel).

Role Summary

  • Business Administrators are involved in monitoring day-to-day business operations, interacting with external partners, improving business and employee performance, negotiating contracts, and analyzing financial data.
  • They are equally required to develop strategies for streamlining and improving business operations and client engagement

Main Responsibilities

  • Work with management to reorganize staff places of assignment.
  • Collaborate with the Human Resource Team to hire the appropriate talent for meeting operation expansion needs.
  • Work with accounting team to keep records of business finances and budget planning
  • Actively involved in the marketing and promotions of the company’s products and services, in collaboration with marketing, advertising, and public relations teams.
  • Negotiate vendor contracts to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Generally, oversee business operations to ensure smooth sailing of end-end activities

Job title: Driver

Location: Lagos

Purpose of the Job

  • To assist the company with all transport-related functions. The Driver’s responsibilities include dropping and picking up staff, collecting various packages, and maintaining a travel log to record work hours, travel time, and locations.

Responsibilities

  • Safely transporting company staff and various products and materials to and from specified locations in a timely manner.
  • Assisting with the loading and offloading of staff luggage, products, and materials.
  • Adjusting travel routes to avoid traffic congestion or road construction.
  • Promptly informing the company of any tickets issued against the company vehicle during work hours.
  • Ensuring that the company vehicle is always parked in areas that permit parking in order to avoid towing.
  • Keeping the company vehicle clean and adequately maintained by performing regular washing, cleaning, and vehicle maintenance.
  • Providing accurate time records of the company vehicle’s coming and goings.
  • Reporting any accidents, injuries, and vehicle damage to management.

Key Skills / Experience Requirement

  • Minimum of SSCE
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Clean driving record.
  • Sound knowledge of road safety regulations.
  • Working knowledge of local roads and routes.
  • The ability to utilize maps, GPS systems, and car manuals.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Punctual and reliable.
