Job Title: Chief Operations Officer

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the operations of our agency services
  • Lead coaching and professional development training for teams under administration
  • Performance management for marketing, creative and operations teams
  • Understand XM’s approach to marketing, and then act as the chief trainer and coach on this approach.
  • Conduct practice presentations, pitches, and meetings
  • Coaching individuals to improve their performance, motivation, and success
  • Review client analytics to help set and communicate goals
  • Lead marketing workshops for XM teams and clients
  • Marketing campaign creation, optimization, and management
  • Retain and grow client relationships
  • Improving communications between teams and clients
  • Creative and strategic problem solving to help the agency have more successful relationships with clients
  • Management strategy and execution to support growth of agency, client accounts, and teams at XM
  • Performance coaching and training: Regular, structured, one-on-one meetings to help individuals improve their capabilities, get the help they need, and strategically align to the agency’s value proposition
  • Participate in the development of systems that allow teams to demonstrate clear and measurable value to client relationships.
  • Providing coaching and standardized training for teams (to be determined based on your capabilities)
  • Understand and track project scope to achieve agency growth.
  • Coordinate performance review process: people, teams, projects.
  • Maintain proactive communications regarding account status across multiple account stakeholders including creative team members, internal account managers and senior management.
  • Assess and then continually innovate and improve Marketing Services processes and workflow.
  • Constantly monitor and improve customer satisfaction as it relates to successful project management
  • Create and document marketing services, creatives and operations best practices policies and procedures and provide detailed Trend Analysis reporting on all creative job performance.
  • Manage, lead, and develop a team of associates through timely performance feedback delivered during day-to-day observations, file reviews and an annual performance review.
  • Responsible for creating individual development plans and business objectives designed to enhance and assist associate growth.
  • Support the leadership of cross-functional project teams that include strategy, creative, analysts and production through all phases of the project.
  • Carry out all other administrative support functions required for the company

Person Specification and Competency Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required and a Master’s Degree is a plus
  • Over ten (10) years of experience in a marketing agency, business administration, or related field. Also, a minimum of 7 years of supervisory experience is required.
  • Great communication and client-facing skills
  • Management experience (people, process, and presentation skills)
  • Agency experience (marketing, production, PR, creative, OR related experience)
  • Demonstrated communication/marketing experience for large corporates
  • A focus on service, responsiveness, and superior client service
  • Experience working collaboratively with a creative department to conceive, create, and deliver outstanding creative communications products
  • Superior interpersonal skills including courtesy, professionalism, and a cooperative attitude
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Strong written and oral communications skills
  • Responsive and open to feedback
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with orchestrating the development marketing collateral (print and online) and marketing channels (e.g. e-mail, social, and events)
  • Experience working collaboratively with a creative department to conceive, create, and deliver outstanding creative communications products, and campaigns
  • Creative thinker with innovative approach to problem solving
  • Self-starter with the willingness to take initiative and see opportunities ahead
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)
  • Ability to be flexible to handle multiple priorities.

Job Title: Chief Financial Officer

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for building models, analyzing data, and preparing statements to reconcile income with expenses to keep track of the company’s earnings and projected cash flow.
  • Analyze financial statements, and prepare reports and recommendations to Top Management and the Board of Directors concerning financial performance.
  • Protect the company’s revenues and profits to achieve full financial control and sustainable growth.
  • Arrange and chair financial management meetings, and prepares financial reports and presentations for scheduled financial management meetings.
  • Performing risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and investments.
  • Must be able to see risks and opportunities behind financial dataand act as a strategic business partner for the CEO.
  • Drive the company’s Financial Planning.
  • Ensure that processes needed for the financial management systemsare established, implemented, and maintained, and reports to the CEO and Board of Directors (or Advisory Board) on the performance of the financial management system and reports any need for its improvement.
  • Manages banking relationships, check signing authority process, and alerts all individuals and banks of any changes to authority.
  • Oversee cash management processes to ensure proper cash availability and best practices in cash management
  • Prepare Forecast Financial Statements, and prepare reports and recommendations to Top Management and the Board of Directors concerning forecasted financial statements.
  • Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization’s operations
  • Provide financial analysis to support performance information and plans
  • Monitor and manage all Projects that Company invests in, and to do their best in making all projects successful.
  • Overseeing the proper procedural handling of production-related financial matters, such as receiving statements and balancing accounts related to production progress payments.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Minimum of 12 years relevant work experience with at least 7 years demonstrated experience in a leadership/management position.
  • Good understanding of finance principles with the ability to build and maintain complex financial models;
  • Must have a Professional Accounting qualification e.g. ICAN, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent an advantage.
  • Experience working with ERP, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, SAGE etc with Strong technical computing skills.
  • Strong Financial and Accounting background.
  • Ability to focus and prioritize multiple and sometimes competing projects.
  • High moral and ethical standards are required.
  • In depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices.
  • Must be well organized and efficient, decisive, and able to articulate well
  • Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
  • Must possess outstanding communication skills and the ability to work well with people.
  • Must have a strong Leadership skills, Organizational skill and Excellent Communication with team members.
  • Must have an analytical mind, comfortable with numbers.
  • Proficient in all MS Office applications, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Job Title: Strategist and Media Planner

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Primary Responsibilities

  • Works alongside agency cross-functional teams to develop fully integrated traditional and digital marketing strategies and solutions that deliver on our clients’ business and marketing objectives.
  • Provide consultation and guidance on various areas of marketing communications (web/digital/social/mobile/TV/Outdoor etc.).
  • Lead the planning and execution of marketing strategies, campaigns and platforms, including social media, email, search engine optimization, search engine marketing, websites/landing pages, CRM/automation, video and emerging technologies.
  • Work with account teams to help define scope and recommended approach for marketing and advertisement projects.
  • Act as the main point of contact to assigned accounts for all assigned client related deliverable.
  • Develop unique strategies and build upon current client strategies within the media arena to meet/exceed client objectives.
  • Oversees auditing of clients’ existing marketing efforts and develops strategies and tactics for optimization.
  • Identify key trends and insights to make business decisions.
  • Ensuring that advertising messages align with client or company objectives.
  • Monitoring the performance of online and offline advertising campaigns and reporting the results to relevant stakeholders.
  • Researching the current media landscape and keeping up to date with the latest media trends.
  • Determining the most suitable media mix given the nature of each client’s business, budget and preferred advertising media.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients, advertising platforms and media influencers.
  • Work with cross-functional teams including other media specialists to plan, implement, and improve account performance aligned with client goals and initiatives.
  • Proactively manage relationships with media vendors and social platforms
  • Provide benchmark and tracking reports to Account Managers, Clients, and Media Team on key performance indicators and provide insights on how they map to larger client goals.
  • Analyze trends and improve media performance based on the client’s KPIs .

Key Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification.
  • 5+ years of media planning and buying experience with at least one of the following channels: display, programmatic, video, paid social, OTT.
  • Must have experience working in a Marketing and Communications Agency.
  • Google Ads or Analytic, IAB, Facebook, and other media certification a plus
  • Experience with online marketing metrics such as ROI, click-through rate, cost-per-click, conversion rate, average order size, etc.
  • Superior communication skills, both internal and client facing.
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with a variety of internal teams.
  • Effective time management as well as strong organization skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to monitor and adhere to budgets and schedules.
  • Strong interest in technology and digital marketing.
  • In-depth understanding of agency processes.
  • Exceptional analytic, project management skills, writing and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Demonstrate Working Knowledge and Expertise.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

Salary
N300,000 – N400,000 monthly

Job Title: Business Development Officer

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Key Responsibilities

  • Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business.
  • Collaborate with Management Team to identify and carryout business risks assessments.
  • Communicating with and informing existing clients in a way that supports an ongoing relationship.
  • Research and identify new business opportunities – including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services – or new ways of reaching existing markets.
  • Work with the Chief Operating Officer to set strategy and objectives for lead generation.
  • Source new leads and develop a network of key stakeholders to develop pipeline.
  • Orchestrate new business meetings/pitches, and preparing presentations.
  • Establish a strategy for opening opportunities with new or lapsed clients.
  • Manage day to day activities for new business strategy and lead generation campaigns –
  • Prepare reports and deliver pitches including – records of sales, client prospect and existing database, weekly/ monthly sales revenue.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers subsequently grow the business by leveraging those relationships.
  • Manage business profitability.
  • Work strategically – carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes.
  • Foster and develop relationships with customers/clients.
  • Work closely with the business owners on a business growth strategy and then devising an action plan with goals and objectives.
  • Have a good understanding of the businesses’ products or services and be able to advise others about them.
  • Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
  • Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
  • Proven workingexperience as a business development Executive, sales, or a relevant role.
  • 4 – 5 years experience in sales and marketing role.
  • Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to build rapport.
  • Communication and negotiationskills.
  • Time management and planning skills.

Salary
N400,000 – N500,000 Monthly.
