We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Executive

Locations: Abuja (FCT) and Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Responsible for new product launching.
• Plan and design promotional materials & tools to support the sales & marketing objectives with cost-effectiveness.
• Develop strategy and appropriate media plans.
• Joint fieldwork with the field staff to develop the territories and to understand the market dynamics and demand.
• Identify market opportunities for brand building, devising and coordinating intangible and experiential marketing endeavors.
• Monitor campaigns for sales promotion. Teaming with pertinent internal stakeholders to roll out seamless, effective campaigns.
• Act as the first point of reference and coordinator of product-related enquiries.
• Assist in the development of annual marketing plan.
• You will own the marketing strategy and execution, compiling informed reports to guide all marketing-related efforts.
• Be responsible for contributing to the access strategy of industries.
• You will use your understanding of marketplace dynamics to design and execute promotional campaigns.
• Work with Product teams to launch new package.
• Analyzing metrics at strategic moments to ascertain successes.
• Performing in-house, competitor, and consumer analyses to shape new undertakings.
• Liaise with partners on co-marketing initiatives, and work with external agencies on creative and event-based projects.
• Boosting our presence by harnessing paid and organic formulas.
• Building sustained, profitable ties with our customers.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor’s Degree with at least 3 years relevant work experience.
